Jason is a New Yorker and lifetime entrepreneur with more than thirty years of building things — companies, teams, and technology — across three continents.
He has founded and run businesses in consumer electronics refurbishing and e-commerce (with operations in New York and London), real estate rental and management, and a valet-storage company serving Singapore and Malaysia. Alongside his own ventures, he has served as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Compliance Officer for firms in venture capital, fintech, insuretech, and cryptocurrency.
More than a decade of that career has been spent doing business across Asia. Beyond building and running operations in Singapore and Malaysia, he's earned a deep network of partners, operators, and relationships throughout the region — the kind of on-the-ground connections that take years to build and can't be faked.
That combination is rare and it's the whole point of NDC: someone who has been the founder, the executive, and the client — so the technical decisions are made with an owner's judgment, not a contractor's.
